  2. * Standard Shipping - €6.99 (DHL GO GREEN)

All shipping costs quoted include the statutory VAT of 16%.

We can offer the following shipping options to Switzerland:

  1. * Standard Shipping - €26.99 (DHL GO GREEN, customs duties are borne by the recipient)

delivery times

After your order, your RYGG will be produced by us in our workshop - if it is only partially or not at all in stock. This currently takes 3-4 weeks , after which your handmade order will go on its journey.

Shipping within Germany

After delivery to the parcel service - 2-3 days

Shipping to other EU countries

After delivery to the parcel service - 4 - 9 days

Shipping to non-EU countries

After delivery to the parcel service - 7 - 14 days

Collection from us at the FLAGSHIP STORE IN MUNICH

After receiving the confirmation email, you can pick up your order personally from us in Munich-Giesing. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

 

Packaging

We ship all orders in carbon neutral boxes, or may use post-consumer packaging material that we received from our own orders.

The large box for several RYGGs measures 600x500x200mm, the small box in which the baseplate is transported rolled up measures approx. 500x300x150mm.

But in any case and of course we ship 100% plastic-free!

 

shipment tracking

You will receive a tracking number from us with every order of a RYGG. The smaller shipments (lightweight, see above) are sent without a tracking number.
